Order processing

All orders are processed online through our website. Orders are normally processed within a reasonable timeframe after the order has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times

For deliveries within Sweden, the estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated at checkout. For international deliveries, delivery times may vary depending on destination country, shipping carrier, customs clearance, and other factors outside of BIVANDO’s control.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before the purchase is completed. Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping carriers

Orders are shipped using selected shipping carriers. BIVANDO reserves the right to choose or change shipping carriers without prior notice.

Delayed or lost shipments

BIVANDO is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If a shipment is confirmed as lost in transit, BIVANDO will assist the customer in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Failed delivery and unclaimed packages

If a delivery fails due to incorrect address information or if a package is not collected by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply. Such costs may be deducted from any refund issued.

International shipping

For international shipments, delivery times may be longer due to customs handling. BIVANDO is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
