Returns & Refund Policy
This Returns & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the website operated by BIVANDO AB (hereinafter referred to as BIVANDO or we/us).
Right of withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) days from the date the order is received, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify BIVANDO within the withdrawal period by contacting us at info@bivando.com.
Condition of returned products
Returned products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, including original packaging. Products that show signs of use, wear, or damage may not be eligible for a refund.
Return fee
If a customer chooses to return a product for a refund and does not wish to exchange it for a different size, a fixed return fee of 120 SEK will be applied. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
The return fee does not apply to size exchanges or to returns due to defective or incorrect products.
Size exchanges
If a customer wishes to exchange a product for a different size, BIVANDO will cover the return and reshipping costs, provided that the product is returned unused and in its original condition.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and approved, a refund will be issued using the original payment method. The refund amount will be reduced by the applicable return fee, where relevant. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.
Non-returnable items
Products that have been used, worn, damaged, or returned without original packaging may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.
Defective or incorrect products
If a product is defective or incorrect, the customer should contact BIVANDO as soon as possible. In such cases, BIVANDO will cover all return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund in accordance with applicable law.
International returns
For international returns, the customer is responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred when returning the product, unless otherwise required by law.
Changes to this policy
BIVANDO reserves the right to update or modify this Returns & Refund Policy at any time. The version published on the website at the time of purchase shall apply.
