We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order.

Exchanges (Size Changes)
Size exchanges are free of charge.
We want you to find the perfect fit — therefore we cover the cost when you choose to exchange your item for another size.

Refunds
If you choose to return your item for a refund, a return fee of 100 SEK will be deducted from the refunded amount.
This helps us maintain product quality, logistics, and service standards without increasing overall prices.

Conditions

- Items must be unused and returned in original condition.

- Original packaging, dust bags, and accessories must be included.

- Returns showing signs of wear cannot be accepted.

Once the return is received and approved, refunds are processed within a few business days.
